Third Bedroom or Family Room (sleeps 4) with en-suite  shower and wash basin. Toilet is just to the outside of door shown and is exclusive for occupiers of this room (this room also contains a full size bunk bed)

All rooms have Iron and ironing board, colour TV, alarm clock and hair dryer.
